Before you book
Studio Policies
All clients confirm agreement to these policies before a session is confirmed. The studio reserves the right to end any session that violates them.
Conduct
Treat all staff, engineers, and producers respectfully. Aggressive or abusive behavior results in immediate session termination without refund.
Punctuality
Sessions begin and end at booked times. Late arrivals do not extend session duration — please plan to arrive a few minutes early.
Payment
Full payment is required before a session is confirmed. No session commences without prior payment cleared.
Guests
Maximum 3 guests permitted per session. Larger groups require written approval in advance of booking.
Equipment
Clients and guests must not operate studio equipment without express permission from the engineer or producer on session.
Food & Drinks
No food near studio equipment. Drinks are permitted only in designated areas.
Cancellation
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the booking deposit. Rescheduling accepted with 24+ hours' notice.
Missed Sessions
Clients who fail to show without notice forfeit their deposit in full. Please communicate as early as possible if plans change.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor area. Smoking inside or near studio equipment is strictly prohibited.
